Although we take insurance, not every therapist takes each of the insurances listed.  Please inquire when you call to make an appointment.

We take out-of-network insurances and will file a claim on your behalf.  Out-of-network insurances typically pay 50-100% of the cost of sessions after out-of-network deductibles have been met.

We can offer discounted cash rates if your insurance does not cover your care.

Evaluations begin at $950 (includes the assessment interview)

When you schedule an appointment, we dedicate a time exclusively for you.  When you cancel your appointment, it allows us to offer that space to another client who needs it. 

Contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel your appoint. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or don’t cancel at all (no show), you will be billed for the full session ($125).  Note that insurance does not pay for cancellations or no shows.
